 When will an item be restocked?

I aim to restock all my eggies every 4-6 weeks, I recommend following my social media pages and turning on post notifications for  updates!

How do I hang my eggs?

If you have purchased a wall hanging egg it will come ready to be hung with usually two holes in the back that will just sit on a thin head nail (not a screw). You will only need one nail to make it stay, however if you would like it to hang at a specific angel you may need to add another for the second hole. 

Alternatively you can buy ring hooks and glue then on and hang this way, however I do not take responsibility for this method as I can not control what quality hooks you buy and/or whether they are attached correctly - this is just a suggestion I've heard from other customers. 

What are they made from?

All my sculpted products are made from air dry clay, which are then painted and glazed. All my products are extremely delicate and must be handled with care, they are also not waterproof or food safe, please do not attempt to wash or harshly scrub the item as this will damage them. To clean or remove any dirt a damp cloth should suffice.

Are the planters waterproof?

My planters are also made using air dry clay, but a sealed with a special sealant that makes them water resistant but not entirely waterproof! For this reason I often suggest adding a plastic liner to your planter and/or pairing it with a low moisture loving plant! Alternatively artificial plants are perfect as are dried flowers! Do you take custom orders?

I absolutely do and it is one of my favourite things to do! However, I only do them occassionally (once every few months). To get a custom order slot keep an eye out on my instagram where I will release custom order info eg. when I will be taking them and how many. I sort all custom orders through there and will discuss your designs on there too! 

What is your returns and cancellation policy?
Unless an item arrives damaged or defective, I do not accept returns. If an item is damaged however please contact on instagram or facebook and we will sort a solution straight away! I don't accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, I ship globally, however it can be hard to ensure I haven't missed anywhere. So if you're ordering from a country that doesn't show up on the shipping page please drop me a message on either instagram on facebook and I will add that location on there for you!  
- Due to new EU laws I will not be shipping to the EU for this restock but will again in the near future, apologies for any inconvenience.
How long does shipping take?
If you are ordering from the UK your eggs should arrive within 5-7 days, elsewhere can take up to 3-6 weeks, especially with Corona virus delivery can be delayed so please be aware of this. However all items are tracked, so you can check through the information given in your email confirmation  or contact me and we can sort it together!
- Please be aware this is a one chicken operation so packing can take me up to 3+ days after a restock!
